1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SNITCH ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the App, creating fake accounts, or engaging in any form of harassment.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of hate speech, bullying, or unauthorized predictions about individuals who have not opted-in is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
3. Predictions and Betting
The App uses a virtual currency ("Diamonds"). These Diamonds have no real-world monetary value outside of the App and cannot be exchanged for cash. The App is a game of skill and social interaction, not a gambling platform.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SNITCH and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SNITCH, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
